Our pledge to you...
Before starting Simply Cakes in Late 2004, Lorie worked for 20
years in the IT field working in global network and end user
support roles. She worked as front line support for IBM,
AT&T , Lockheed Martin and Software Real Estate Software.
During her tenure with these incredible companies, Lorie learned
the value of customer satisfaction. It was always her goal
to make sure that all customers were happy with not only her
service, but the product they spent a lot of time, money and
investment in. So much so she earned numerous awards not
only from her management, but from her customers and peers.
These values are still a large part of Lorie and in what Simply
Cakes stands for. Here at Simply Cakes, we believe it isn't
"just cake". We work long hard hours to make sure
we see your vision, and produce for you the best product we
can. This is the only reason we ask for feedback from our
customers, so we can not only know we are on the right track, but
we can make improvements as well.
But we are only human and we make mistakes. We ask that
if you have any complaint at all, either about our service, our
products or just general wanting to get it off your chest,

happy, and to have you come back! We really prefer this
over posting in a blog or review site. In most cases, we will try to fix it.
That is the pledge we have made to ourselves that Simply Cakes
isn't just a cakery, but a business that cares about its
customers, and its product. And that is our pledge to you as
well. Because it isn't "just cake".
