On January 18th 2011, Simply Cakes had a great time demoing our purse and suitcase cake design for the local

area ISES and NACE Meeting.

We not only got a chance to talk with some great vendors such as photographers, event planners and caterers, but we had the wonderful privilege of meeting Geof Manthorne (from Ace of Cakes)
Geof spent a long time talking with us and we had a great time exchanging design ideas and cake stories. 
Very nice guy!
