                    Decorations
Fondant Booties                                                                                                                                               I make my own gum paste and flowers!

Royal icing dries very hard. It is only for decorations.  I use it for many of my flowers that require the hardness of royal icing. (Lilies, tulips, etc)

Butter Cream decorations dry with a soft crust.  I use Butter Cream for edgings, roses, and most lettering.

Gum Paste is used to make very realistic decorations. Gum Paste flowers are time consuming to produce,  and
require at least a month's notice.

Color Flow decorations are made up a hard sugar.  I can produce any image you desire.  It is very popular to copy a invitation design or napkin design for an event.  Even Company Logos!  Color Flow takes roughly a week to set, so I will need advance notice.  (Please see my Color Flow Page of some examples of Color Flow I have done)

Photo Images are great fun!  I can create a photo of your favorite sports teams, a magazine cover, whatever your imagination can bring!

Fondant can be pressed into "lace", or formed into 3 D images, such as baby booties, little people, sail boats.  I also love making roses and daisies from Fondant!  I can also make block letters with Fondant, to decorate your board or top of your cake.
